Hard capsules providing quick relief from the symptoms of sudden, short-lived (acute) attacks of diarrhoea. These capsules should be used in conjunction with oral rehydration therapy which replace fluids and salts lost during diarrhoea.
Directions For Use
Adults and children over 12:
Take 2 capsules initially, followed by 1 capsule after each further episode of diarrhoea up to a maximum of 5 in 24 hours.

Loperamide Hydrochloride 2mg

Do not use this product if you are allergic or have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Avoid alcoholic drink.
Arret is for the symptomatic relief of diarrhoea only and is not a substitute for rehydration therapy.
Rehydration therapy should be used in conjunction with this medication.
