Returns

Returns Policy

We hope that your shopping experience with us has been a happy one.

If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods within 14 days of delivery.

Please note you must email us at support@lucanpharmacy.com requesting a returns code before you return your order. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Lucan Pharmacy.

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund.

Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that certain items including medicines, foodstuffs, cosmetics and hygiene-related products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Also, once products are opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty or broken.

Lucan Pharmacy will only reimburse you for your return postage costs in the case of faulty or incorrect goods. Returns must be sent via standard post. Additional costs associated with express or tracked postal services or couriers will not be reimbursed.

Returned goods must be in a completely unopened and resalable condition. Your item must be re-packaged securely and sent so that it reaches us within 30 days of the date that your order was delivered to you.

We guarantee the quality of our products until they leave our premises, however, Lucan Pharmacy cannot take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transit. Photographic evidence must be provided before either a replacement or refund is considered. We reserve the right to ask you to send the damaged goods back for inspection.

Refunds are processed on a daily basis. However, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear on your statement. This is due to the processing time of the bank.

To return the items in store, you will need a copy of your order invoice. Please note that refunds are credited to the original card use to pay for the order and will take 10-14 Business Days to be credited to your account, depending on your payment method.
