Helps to provide 24 hour relief of cold and flu symptoms. Pack contains 4 blue night time tablets and 12 white day time tablets. The white tablet helps to ease aches, pains, fever and congestion during the day. The blue tablet is taken to aid restful sleep at night as well as to provide pain relef.
Directions For Use
Take with a glass of water.
Adults:
Day-time dose:
One white tablet to be taken in the morning, at midday and in the afternoon.
Do not take the night tablet during the day.
Night-time dose:
One blue tablet to be taken at night.
Active Ingredients
Day tablets contain:
Paracetamol 500mg
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60mg
Night tablets contain:
Paracetamol 500mg
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25mg

Product Specific Warnings
Contains paracetamol, do not take while taking any other medications containing paracetamol.
If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist as prolonged use may be harmful.
Do not use for more than 7 days.
Night-time tablets may cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive or operate machinery.
Do not take night-time tablets during the day.
Do not take with other flu or decongestant medicines, antiallergic medicines or appetite suppressant products.
Do not take if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI).
Not to be taken by elderly suffering with confusion. Sedating antihistamines may cause confusion and paradoxical excitation in the elderly.
Avoid alcoholic drinks.
