This oral gel can be used to treat and prevent fungal infections of the mouth, throat and gut such as oral thrush. It contains the active ingredient miconazole, an antifungal medicine used to treat infections caused by fungi and yeasts. It kills fungi and yeasts by interfering with their cell membranes.
Directions For Use
Should be used after meals.
Infants aged 4 months-24 months:
1.25ml (1/4 of 5ml spoon) four times a day.
Adults and children aged 2 years and older:
2.5ml (1/2 of 5ml spoon) four times a day.
Always put the gel in the front of the mouth, never put it at the back of the throat. The gel should not be swallowed immediately but kept in the mouth as long as possible.
If the infection is localised in the mouth, then the gel may be applied directly.
If dentures are worn it is recommended that they are removed at bedtime and brushed with the gel.
It is important to continue use of this product for at least 2 days after symptoms have cleared for adults, at least one week for infants aged 4 months to 24 months.

Do not use this product if you are allergic or have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Age Restriction
Not suitable for children under 4 months old or under 6 months for infants who are premature or have slow development.
Precautions For Special Groups
For advice on the use of this product in pregnancy and while breastfeeding, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are taking any other medication or if you have a medical condition.
Do not use this medication if you are taking warfarin.
Storage
Do not store above 30°C.
Product Specific Warnings
Care should be taken to avoid choking, especially in infants, each dose should be divided into smaller portions and applied to the mouth with clean fingers.
