This product can be used to replace low levels of iron in the blood and to treat help prevent anaemia caused by iron deficiency. It comes in the form of hard capsules.
Directions For Use
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years of age:
Prevention: 1 Capsule per day or as directed by your doctor.
Treatment: 1 Capsule twice a day or as directed by your doctor.
Children under 12 years of age: Only take if and as instructed by your doctor.

Only use this product as intended, in the event of misuse, seek medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Seek immediate medical attention in the event of overdose. Iron overdosage is an acute emergency.
Allergies
Do not use this product if you are allergic or have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Age Restriction
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age except on medical advice.
Precautions For Special Groups
For advice on the use of this product in pregnancy and while breastfeeding, please speak to you doctor or pharmacist.
Do not take during the first 13 weeks of pregnancy.
Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are taking any other medications.
Storage
Store in original packaging.
Store below 25°C.
Product Specific Warnings
Do not take if you have any problems with iron in the blood, if you have a stomach ulcer or bowel problem including inflammatory bowel disorder, if you have had a number of blood transfusions or are currently receiving iron injections.
If you have had anaemia unrelated to low iron before, this product may not be suitable for treatment.
If symptoms have not started to improve after 28 days, you should ask your doctor for advice.
Treatment should not normally carry on for more than 3 months after the iron deficiency has been corrected. You doctor can adise you when to stop treatment.
