These patches are the final step in a 3 step programme designed to help you stop smoking. Each step has patches that deliver different levels of therapeutic nicotine to your body. If you smoke 10 cigarettes a day or more, then start with step 1 and gradually move to step 2 and then step 3. If you smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day then you should start with step 2 patches.
Directions For Use
Apply one patch to the skin once a day, preferably on waking.
Full instructions are given in the enclosed leaflet.
Active Ingredients
Each patch contains:
36mg Nicotine (Delivers 7mg of Nicotine over 24 hours)

Do not use this product if you are allergic or have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Age Restriction
This product is not recommended for persons under 18 years, non-smokers or occasional smokers.
Precautions For Special Groups
For advice on the use of this product in pregnancy or while breastfeeding, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are taking any other medication or if you have a medical condition.
Consult you doctor before using this product if you have any heart disease, have had a stroke, have serious liver or kidney disease, uncontrolled overactive thyroid gland or phaeochromocytoma.
Storage
Do not store above 25°C.

If you need advice before starting to use nicotine patches, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
You are more likely to quit smoking when using this product with help from your pharmacist, doctor, a trained counsellor or a support programme.
You must not smoke whilst using these patches.
