The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Lucanpharmacy.com Website (the "Website"). This Website is for use by persons aged 18 or over only.
This Website is operated by Ballard Pharmakon Limited t/a Lucan Pharmacy (called “Lucan Pharmacy” which expression includes its successors and assigns).
1. Confidentiality
Lucan Pharmacy guarantees the confidentiality of your details and shall be used for order processing only. These details will not be given to any other third party unless compelled under legislation. Details will be placed on our own mailing list unless otherwise requested.
2. Contract of Sale
When buying goods on this site you are entering into a legally binding contract with Lucan Pharmacy. Irish Law is applicable on this site.
No contract will subsist between you and Lucan Pharmacy for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until Lucan Pharmacy accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Lucan Pharmacy sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).
3. Order Processing
Once you have finished shopping, you will proceed to our secure checkout area where you will be asked to provide the details required to process your order. Once complete, you will be issued with an order number and confirmation of your order by email. All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order and not the time of dispatch. 4. Payment
Internet transactions are processed via our secure ordering facility on a secure server. All major credit cards are accepted and the name LUCAN PHARM (after POS) will appear on your credit card transaction statement. All prices displayed within the store include VAT where applicable.

5. Website Conduct
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts and omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the website. All information, photographs, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the website are the exclusive property of Lucan Pharmacy. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of same requires the prior written approval of Lucan Pharmacy.
6. Price of Goods
The price listed on the Website (the 'Price') for the Lucan Pharmacy products (the 'Products') will be stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. If any provision of this legal notice shall be unlawful, void or for any reasons unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Lucan Pharmacy may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.

23. Order Forms
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. You may be required to register your details on our website if you wish to avail of its services. By registering to use the website you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to update your details promptly if they change. All registration information that you provide will be stored securely and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

24. Claims
When you purchase a product online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund.
