This nasal spray can help relieve a blocked nose due to common cold, hayfever or sinusitis. The effect of the spray can start just minutes after use and lasts for 6-8 hours.
Directions For Use
Before first use, press down on the pump twice to ensure the pump is correctly primed.
After periods of storage of more than 1 week, press down on the pump once to re-prime the pump.
Adults and children over 12 years:
1-2 sprays per nostril every 6-8 hours unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

Precautions For Special Groups
For advice on the use of this product in pregnancy or while breastfeeding, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use if you are taking or have taken during the last 14 days, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (Used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and depression), have had an operation to remove your pituitary gland, have inflamed skin or mucous membranes in your nostrils or have scabs in your nose, have had nasal surgery, have taken other medications containing decongestants or suffer from a tumour of the adrenal glands.
Before using, tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, disturbance in thyroid function, enlarged prostate gland, hepatic or renal disorder, occlusive vascular disease or if you suffer from increased eye-ball pressure (narrow-angle glaucoma).
Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, or recently taken, any other medicines, even those obtained without a prescription.
Storage
Do not store above 25°C.
Product Specific Warnings
Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you feel worse or do not feel better after 7 days or if you develop new symptoms.
